  1. Mark the vertex from the intersection of the midpoint lines.
  2. From the midline, trace X leftward along the circumference.
  3. From the vertex, trace Y toward the F3 point.
  4. The added Z field is calculated here as (tragus-to-tragus ÷ 2) − X.
